Kansas Mental Health Summit

About the summit

The 2025 Kansas Mental Health Summit will take place August 26 and 27 in Hays. It is a collaborative effort involving all three branches of government and behavioral health professionals.

The 2025 summit is the second of its kind. The 2022 summit was the first. The summits support a national initiative to improve court and community response to mental health issues that bring people to our courts. It combines national and local speakers who will educate and inform participants on how each system partner can contribute to improving court and community response to mental health issues.
