About the clerk of the appellate courts

The clerk of the Supreme Court is a constitutional officer who, by statute, is also clerk of the Court of Appeals. The clerk is referred to as the clerk of the appellate courts.

The appellate clerk's office is on the first floor of the Kansas Judicial Center. The office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
