New! Courts finished with paper backlogs

All courts affected by the October 12 cybersecurity incident have finished updating the Kansas eCourt case management system with new cases and documents filed while the system was offline. Information in the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal is now up to date.

The Status of District Court Restoration page now shows all courts have finished working through their paper backlogs.

Pay using public access portal

As Kansas courts transition to the Kansas eCourt case management system following the Kansas eCourt Statewide Rollout Plan, they will begin accepting online payments through the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal.

Courts on eCourt portal

Kansas eCourt Courts lists which courts are operating on the Kansas eCourt case management system. These courts accept payment through the Kansas District Court Public Access Portal.

The 10th Judicial District (Johnson County) has instructions for making payments online and by phone.
