Kansas Criminal Justice Coordinating Council



Purpose

The Kansas Criminal Justice Coordinating Council is a statutorily created seven member council. The council is appointed by various state officers including the chief justice. The chief justice appointed Stephanie Smith, Judicial Administrator.

The Kansas Criminal Justice Coordinating Council develops and oversees the reporting of all criminal justice federal funding available to state or local units of government. They also oversee the management of the criminal justice information system.
