Kansas Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision



Purpose

The Kansas Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision is a statutorily created 12-member council that is appointed by various government officers including the chief justice. The chief justice has appointed Spence Koehn a court services officer specialist for the Office of Judicial Administration.

The council oversees and administers the state's participation in the Interstate Compact for Adult Offenders Supervision and develops policies concerning the operations and procedures of the compact within the state.
