Kansas Council for Interstate Juvenile Supervision



Purpose

The Kansas Council for Interstate Juvenile Supervision is a statutorily created seven member council that is appointed by several government officers including the chief justice. The chief justice appointed District Judge Delia York.

The council oversees and administer Kansas' participation in the Interstate Compact for Juveniles and develops policies concerning the operations and procedures of the compact within the state.
