Status of District Court Restoration

As of May 21, 2024, all courts have worked through their backlogs.

Courts listed below are operating on the Kansas eCourt case management system and Kansas Courts eFiling system.
 

Courts that have worked through backlog 

After courts regained access to the case management system, they began updating it with cases and documents filed while the system was offline. When a court finishes adding new cases and uploading documents filed while the system was offline, it is marked with a ** beside the county name. 
 

Payment information

The Central Payment Center in the Office of Judicial Administration finished updating the case management system with payments made while it was offline following the October 12 cyberattack. Visit Portal Information After Cybersecurity Incident for more information.
